Announcement – Shipping Delays

Canada Post will begin processing the backlog of mail and parcels trapped in the system since the strike began on November 15, 2024, on a first-in, first-out basis, but service guarantees will not be provided as operations ramp up. Canadians should expect delivery delays through the remainder of 2024 and into January 2025. The postal system will resume accepting new international mail on December 23, while also working through the significant accumulation of international items queued for entry. To minimize further delays, our distributor will hold off shipping via Canada Post until December 23, allowing time for processing the existing backlog.
